Director of RFID Sales and Marketing

MTI Wireless Edge is a leading developer and manufacturer of advanced antenna solutions. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of RFID antennas designed for a wide range of applications. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our RFID sales and marketing efforts globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage global sales for the RFID antenna product line, driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet targets and expand the customer base.
• Understand customer needs, system requirements, and provide tailored technical solutions using our RFID antennas.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all RFID sales inquiries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends, opportunities, and threats in the RFID market.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D and product development teams to bring customer feedback and new market requirements for product innovation.
• Create and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the RFID product line, including trade shows, digital marketing, and content creation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in RF, RFID and antennas.
• Strong technical background and ability to understand and explain RFID systems and antenna solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing international sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent market analysis and strategic thinking skills to identify new opportunities and drive product development.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience with RFID systems, antenna design, or related technologies.
• Familiarity with global RFID market dynamics and trends.
