After five years of innovation and growth, our fast-growing B2B SaaS startup has reached the break-even point by selling our product to leading travel brands. Now, we’re ready to scale, and we need a Tech Leader who can guide our next phase of growth!

💡 Your Impact:

As our new CTO / VP of R&D, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our technological infrastructure to scale in 2025 while developing cutting-edge proprietary technology that drives our business's future. You’ll be a critical part of our company’s success and long-term valuation.

What You’ll Do:

- Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of the R&D team

- Create and maintain a high-performing, self-sustaining, and agile process

- Build a collaborative team culture that thrives on innovation and quality

- Drive product roadmap strategy and plan releases in partnership with key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, QA)

- Manage end-to-end delivery of development projects from design through release

- Solve complex, fast-paced challenges while maintaining uncompromising quality

What We’re Looking For:

- 5+ years of experience as a CTO, VP, or Director of R&D in a fast-growing startup

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale consumer products

- Expertise in cloud-based SaaS solutions (experience with AWS required)

- Hands-on knowledge of Python/Django, SQL, Linux; familiarity with TypeScript/React is a plus

- Strong leadership skills—able to recruit, mentor, and inspire talented teams

- Excellent communication in English and Hebrew (both verbal and written)

- Self-driven and highly motivated, leading by example

- **Bonus:** Experience in Travel Technology companies.
