Senior Data Analyst

Loops is a start-up that focuses on changing the way people leverage data to make decisions. We believe that out-of-context dashboards are not the solution but the problem, and we’re obsessively passionate about helping people take data-driven actions!

You will help the biggest product companies in the world leverage their behavioral data using state-of-the-art analyses and data science methods to support their next product decisions.

This is not a classic Dat Product Analyst role:

• Data is the underlying asset of our vision. You will directly impact the core value of the product, which is already used by major brands.
• You’ll be prioritizing and designing product features (not dashboards), yet you will also work closely with our customers to understand how data is leveraged to make decisions, learn which insights are valued, etc. This wide perspective will put you in a key position to shape the strategy of the growing product and define its KPIs.
• Model data within the Loops platform based on business context and customer KPIs to deliver growth insights. This includes building and defining tools to automate and enhance the integration process, such as scripts for automated data discovery, data pipelines, and validation.
• As part of the pre-sales department, you'll lead PoCs with top global companies. This diverse, fast-paced role offers exciting opportunities to work with various industries and make a significant impact. You play a key role in bridging customer needs to our solutions.
• If you’re interested, you will also have the opportunity of diving into the world of ML led by our excellent Data Science team, taking an active part in structuring the models that run behind our product’s engine.

What do you bring?

• +4 years of experience as a product/data analyst.
• SQL – High proficiency.
• Python (Pandas, Numpy)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Product experience and/or product mindset – an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of an agile and quickly growing team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience working with data science teams or analyzing AI-driven products’ data – an advantage.
• B.S. in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Passion and motivation are more important than experience/degrees (or anything else)
• This is not a fully remote position.
