About Alma Ola:

Alma Ola is a confident, free-spirited swimwear brand celebrating life under the sun with effortless and classy designs. We are looking for an experienced Senior Fashion Designer to manage the design, development, and production process of our collections.

This is a leadership role – perfect for someone who’s passionate about fashion and is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing both the creative and operational sides of fashion design.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full design process of swimwear, resortwear, and accessories – from concept and mood boards to final product.

• Manage seasonal collection planning, timelines, and development milestones.

• Communicate directly and independently with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.

• Oversee sourcing, fabric development, print selection, and trims.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with pattern makers and sewing factories abroad.

• Approve and guide fitting processes to ensure top-level quality and fit.

• Deliver collections on time, from prototype to production, within budget and brand standards.

• Work alongside the Head Designer on brand direction, but operate independently on execution.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• At least 4 years experience in fashion design and production management.

• Proven experience managing collections from A to Z – including overseas production.

• Deep understanding of fabrics, swimwear materials, and garment construction.

• Highly organized with strong project management and timeline execution skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• A true team player, self-motivated, with leadership ability.

• Passion for fashion and Alma Ola’s brand values.

• Experience in swimwear or resortwear – a major advantage.

• Portfolio with relevant work – required.

📍 Location: On-site in Beit Herut
