DevOps Manager

A company specializing in acquiring digital assets (mobile applications) from developers worldwide and optimizing their monetization to enhance profitability. The company owns over 1,000 applications.

The company employs 30 people in Israel and 100 globally. Offices are located in Kfar Saba and Tel Aviv, with a hybrid model requiring one day per week in Kfar Saba, one or two days in Tel Aviv, and the rest working from home.

Role Overview-

• Manage a team of 2 DevOps engineers with 80% hands-on responsibilities.
• Work with GCP and AWS environments.
• Collaborate closely with development teams.
• Report directly to the VP of R&D.

Requirements -

• 5+ years of DevOps experience with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven hands-on expertise in AWS and GCP production environments at scale
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code implementation and maintenance
• Expert knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment optimization
• Experience with monitoring tools and production system observability
• Proficient in log management systems and security best practices
• Track record of successful server migrations
• Deep understanding of mobile application lifecycle
• Experience with FinOps and cloud cost optimization
• Strong leadership abilities and hands-on approach
• Excellent English communication skills
• Independent problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Available for on-call rotations when needed
