Release Manager

Role Overview:

• Work with Jira and G-Suite systems.
• Strong English writing skills are required.
• Manage the software release cycle to ensure that each release is properly documented to comply with regulations and standards.
• Assist with software QA work.
• Manage tech support cases.

Qualifications:

• Technically savvy, with a good understanding for SaaS.
• Proficient in operating various business applications, including Jira, and G-Suite.
• Fluency in English, especially in writing.
• Unwavering attention to detail.
• Capable of learning new things as needed.
