Project Manager & Operations Specialist

Are you a highly organized and dynamic individual with a passion for cybersecurity? Redentry is looking for a Project Manager & Operations Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in delivering top-notch cybersecurity services to our clients.

In this hybrid position, you’ll manage projects end-to-end while ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinate with internal teams, and optimize workflows to guarantee the success of our cybersecurity initiatives.

• Lead and oversee client projects from kick-off to delivery.
• Manage client communication and ensure satisfaction at every stage.
• Plan, organize, and monitor internal processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Optimize workflows to enhance efficiency in project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless execution.

• 2+ years of experience in project management and/or operations (experience in cybersecurity or IT is a plus).
• English at a high level—both written and verbal communication.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with productivity and project management tools (e.g., Monday, Excel, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
