Pilot Process Engineer

Aleph Farms is seeking a Pilot Process Engineer to join its production team, focusing on scaling up processes in the production of cultivated meat in a clean room environment under GMP standards.

👉 Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the scale-up of processes in the production of cultivated meat by working in a clean room environment under GMP standards.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of cell lines and pilot-scale bioreactors.
• Work in collaboration with the R&D teams to optimize production processes.
• Participate in writing protocols and work procedures.
• Document and supervise the production process by using computerized systems.
• Prepare and document the production in batch manufacturing systems.

👉 Requirements:

• B.Sc. in biology, biotechnology, or another scientific or engineering field.
• Previous experience in biotech or pharmaceutical companies (advantage).
• Previous experience working in a clean room or production environment (advantage).
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements.
• Strong technical skills (required).
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to work in shifts as part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment (required).
