on the developers in our biggest squad.

Responsibilities:

✨Take a pivotal role in leading the technical direction of our biggest squad working on the company’s core product, shaping the development process, and ensuring high-quality results

✨Be part of a multi-disciplinary squad, using scrum methodology

✨Find elegant solutions to hard usability problems and turn cutting-edge product specs into features

✨Provide mentorship and guidance to other engineers on the team

✅What skills and experience do you need?

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development, at least 2 years in backend

2+ years of experience with React JS

• Industry experience building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications
• Knowledgeable about modern web technologies and excited to learn new ones
• Passionate about teaching and mentoring other engineers, contributing to their growth and development. 
• Product-minded: committed to building the best user experience
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative, and high-growth environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Fast learner, team player & fun to work with

⭐A stand-out candidate will have:

• Experience with components libraries
• Experience with Java, NodeJS and Spring Boot
• Experience with databases - Mongo and MySQL
• Academic background in computer science or equivalent (BSc or MSc)
