Customer Application Engineer

We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer with a strong ability to learn quickly and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. In this global role, you will support customers by analyzing data, working with complex, multidisciplinary systems, troubleshooting issues in the field, conducting training sessions, diagnosing and resolving technical failures, and tailoring technological solutions. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading product and solution demonstrations for both current and prospective customers.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.

· Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ambitious, results-driven, and self-motivated.

· Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

· Willingness and availability to travel internationally (up to 25% per year).
