Mertens-Malam Team is looking for a talented Project Manager to lead the implementation of SAP Success Factors at a large governmental organization in Airport City.

About the Project:

The project aims to optimize employee management processes and provide a key tool for supporting the HR department. The role involves direct and matrix management of teams working on employee evaluation and occupational health systems.

Requirements:

✔️ 4+ years of experience in the field.

✔️ Proven experience managing teams, including development, deployment, and support in relevant modules.

✔️ Strong background in Human Resources – a must!

✔️ Advantage: experience implementing SAP Success Factors.

✔️ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

✔️ Advantage: experience working in large organizations, especially in the public/governmental or healthcare sectors.
