Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Digiproduct - Digital Solutions Ltd. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycle including direct client relationship management, project planning, and execution. The role involves being the main point of contact with clients, from initial requirements gathering through project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with development teams, preparing cost estimates, writing functional specifications, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

- Managing ongoing client communication, expectations and relationships

- Conducting client meetings and presentations

- Leading requirements gathering and scope definition with clients

- Managing day-to-day project operations and timelines

- Working with development teams to prepare detailed cost estimates

- Writing comprehensive project specifications and requirements

- Coordinating inspections and overseeing logistics management

- Managing project documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications:

- High proficiency in Hebrew and Russian (must-have requirement)

- Project Management and Logistics Management skills

- Experience in expediting and inspection processes

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Experience managing client relationships and expectations

- Proven track record of successful client-facing project management

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Experience in preparing cost estimates and project specifications

- Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
