Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at Digiproduct - Digital Solutions Ltd. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing project timelines, coordinating inspections, and overseeing logistics management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Logistics Management skills
• Experience in expediting and inspection processes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Managment - big plus

Language Requirements

Fluency in Russian and Hebrew is required for this position. The ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate with local clients and team members in both languages.in both languages.

Compensation Structure

The compensation package consists of a competitive base salary plus quarterly performance bonuses. These bonuses are calculated exclusively based on the total volume of project budgets managed by each Project Manager. This transparent volume-based bonus structure provides direct financial rewards for handling larger projects and greater workloads, creating significant earning potential for ambitious managers who can effectively manage multiple or high-value projects.
