ERP Implementer

Description

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients, gather business needs, and conduct workshops.
• System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize ERP modules, develop reports, and align software with business processes.
• User Training & Support: Train end-users and provide ongoing support post-implementation.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure system functionality.
• Documentation: Create system documentation, user manuals, and SOPs.
• Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, apply updates, and provide enhancements.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with ERP features, suggest process improvements, and optimize systems for clients.
  
  

• Technical Skills: ERP implementation experience, customization proficiency, industry module knowledge (e.g., manufacturing, inventory), and SQL.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written English; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Experience: Prior ERP implementation; experience in textiles, manufacturing, or fashion is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Industrial Engineering; ERP or project management certifications are a bonus.
• willing to travel to factory sites abroad.
