Business Operations Manager - Cross Functional

Description

Fiverr is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join one of our business units.

As a Business Operations Manager, you'll promote several, strategic product initiatives and work with multidisciplinary, cross-company teams, in order to execute plans and achieve ambitious business targets.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Support and lead business development efforts including data analysis, competitive landscape, and business impact evaluation
• Sync and align multi-disciplinary teams in order to promote the strategic planning and targets of the BU
• Structure operational processes and solutions to support BU’s major projects
• Monitor and promote BU's major projects, while eliminating bottlenecks
• Track BU's targets, KPIs, timelines, and financial performance
• Work closely with product teams to translate business needs into features
• Be the focal point for the BU and work with cross-company teams
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience in business operations in a tech, product-led company, or a consulting firm.
• Strong analytical skills, highly capable of interpreting data, performing qualitative research, and translating results into actionable key takeaways
• Results-oriented with strong business acumen to drive the revenue and KPIs targets
• Familiarity with project management tools and software
• BA / BSc in Industrial engineering/management/economics or similar. MBA preferred
