Senior Product Manager

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven product manager, willing to take the next step in their career and in the world of product management, working at a multi-disciplinary environment in a fast growing and innovative company.

In this role, you will…

• Be a part of the global portfolio team, reporting to the Global Product Management Director.
• Take meaningful part in driving the innovations that will enable the business to achieve its goals, as product manager in the future imaging systems segment.
• Driving the product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Responsible for strategy and execution of the product roadmaps and New Product Introductions (NPI).
• Transform technological advancements to practical product applications that meet customer/market needs.
• Drive customer-centric state of mind by communicating and building rapport with customers, ensuring the "voice of the customer" is reflected inside the organization.
• Collect customers feedback to identify pain points and needs.
• Translate customers' needs into products and define their requirements.
• Plan and lead concept evaluations and prototypes testing activities with customer.
• Guide and work closely with a Multi-disciplinary team including Marketing, R&D, NPI, RA/QA, Training, etc. developing high quality products and innovations, delivering the roadmap goals.
  
  

In this role, you’ll need …

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years' experience in product management.
• experience in end to end product life cycle and new product introduction.
• Fluent in product management skills and customer centric mindset.
• Experience or understanding of multidisciplinary products involving Software and Hardware.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong analytical and process skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Medical or dental background – advantage.
