We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Team Lead to build and lead our QA automation team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our QA strategy, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our complex, high-traffic systems. Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and lead a team of QA automation engineers while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Define and implement the company’s QA automation strategy, including designing and integrating automation frameworks and tools.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites for backend services, APIs, and data pipelines, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid releases.
• Collaborate with R&D teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, participating in code reviews, design discussions, and release planning.
• Monitor QA metrics, analyze results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality product releases.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with backend testing, APIs, and microservices.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Advantages:

• Experience in the adtech or RTB domain.
• Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and data solutions like BigQuery
