What does the role involve?

The role involves achieving the credit and collection objectives of the organization and striking a balance between maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and ensuring timely payments. The purpose of the role is to ensure that all receivables are collected in a timely manner and the process to follow up and engage with overdue customers adheres to the market organization's guidelines.

• Excellent knowledge of Office - High proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot analyses) is a must! - Experience in credit control & collection - a must - Bookkeeper 1/2 certificate is an advantage - Good level of English - Fluent level of Hebrew
