Project Management Officer

We are seeking a PMO to support our dynamic projects and contribute to Israel's cutting-edge governmental satcom technology.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management methodologies, assess their impact on project objectives, and build an overall status picture while flagging risks and initiating corrective actions.
• Support the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle on various issues.
• Plan, manage, and monitor work schedules project plans, and budgets.
• Develop and track risk management plans.
• Perform analysis of planned vs. actual performance, from proposal stage to project completion.
• Manage and analyse workforce workload data across projects.
• Integrate between the company departments: R&D, Ops., Customer support, Finance, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – mandatory, PMP (advantage).
• 2-4 years of experience in project planning and control or PMO – mandatory.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including schedule management (Gantt), budget tracking (monitoring and control methods, earned value), risk management, and metrics – mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel – mandatory.
• Experience with SAP (PS module) – an advantage.
• Experience with MS Project or Smartsheet – an advantage.
• Familiarity with projects in the governmental industry – an advantage.
