Demand Gen & Performance Manager

As the Demand Generation Manager at OZ Global B2B, you will create and manage multi-platform marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, build brand awareness, and drive revenue for our clients. You'll lead the performance of our digital campaigns, ensuring exceptional results through a data-driven, multi-platform approach tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust demand generation strategies that align with client objectives. Design and run multi-channel campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic channels, email, and sponsored content.
• Paid Media Expertise: Continuously update your knowledge on the latest paid media trends and tools. Create, manage, and refine campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Search & Display, YouTube, and Facebook Ads to boost engagement and drive lead generation.
• Sponsorship Campaigns: Strategize, oversee, and execute sponsored campaigns across digital platforms to elevate client visibility and establish thought leadership.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Evaluate key metrics like CTR, CPA, CPL, and ROI to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns are consistent with client objectives and brand guidelines. Collaborate on content creation and audience segmentation to ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on demand generation projects. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic insights, while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance campaign results and ROI.
• B2B Focus: Utilize your expertise in B2B marketing to develop strategies that effectively engage decision-makers and influencers.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on demand generation and B2B campaigns.
• Strong experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proven success in running multi-channel campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in creating, executing, and optimizing sponsored campaigns across digital platforms.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with a results-driven mindset.
• Strong understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey.
• Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
