Job Description:

A leading company is seeking an Information Systems Manager to lead and implement the organization’s information systems strategy. The role includes driving innovation in IT, computing, and communications, while aligning technological solutions with organizational needs and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Formulating and implementing information systems policies.
• Leading and initiating innovation in IT, computing, and communication systems within the organization.
• Providing consultation and guidance to senior management in developing IT strategies and solutions, aligned with organizational policies and goals.
• Advising on strategic and operational decision-making processes related to managing and analyzing the organization's accumulated knowledge.
• Monitoring policy implementation, analyzing current organizational needs, identifying required improvements, and implementing suitable solutions and processes.
• Updating and implementing new technologies and systems within the information systems infrastructure.
• Planning short- and long-term work plans for information systems and monitoring their execution.
• Planning, executing, and managing the budget for information systems (operational and development budgets).
• Developing and implementing standard operating procedures for the information systems infrastructure.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing information systems or a senior technology role in a large organization (with thousands of users) – mandatory.
• Relevant education or certification – mandatory.
• Experience working with senior management levels – mandatory.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT budgets and procurement – mandatory.
• Expertise in optimizing work processes – mandatory.
• Familiarity with relevant information and technology standards and regulations – mandatory.
• Strong written and spoken English – mandatory.
• Experience managing projects involving migration from on-premises systems to SaaS and cloud solutions – significant advantage.
• Familiarity with telecom services – an advantage.
