Data Project Manager / Data Systems Analyst

Job Description:

A leading organization in the data field is looking for a Data Systems Analyst or Data Project Manager for a challenging role that includes leading the organization’s data project. The position combines systems analysis, bridging business needs with technology, and managing complex processes within an advanced technological environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the organization’s data project, including analyzing complex business processes.
• Bridging business needs with technological solutions through the use of Power BI and the Azure environment.
• Collaborating with multiple interfaces, translating business requirements into technical specifications and accurate deliverables.
• Performing in-depth analyses and solving systemic issues.
• Creating reports, analyzing data, and optimizing work processes.
• Training users and stakeholders on the organization’s tools and systems.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in systems analysis or data project management.
• Full proficiency in Power BI and experience working in an Azure environment (mandatory).
• Experience with QlikView technologies – an advantage.
• In-depth familiarity with managing users in Office 365, including Exchange Online and Defender.
• Strong business understanding and high analytical thinking.
• High motivation, proactive mindset, and the ability to lead complex processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
