As part of our growth, we are seeking a Tax Specialist to join our expert team and provide professional and precise support to portfolio managers and clients in the fields of Israeli and international taxation.

• Provide professional tax-related support and solutions to portfolio managers, internal teams, and clients.
• Manage Israeli taxation matters, including income tax, VAT, and indirect taxes.
• Handle tax adjustments in financial statements in compliance with relevant standards (IFRS/Israeli GAAP).
• Offer professional support for employee compensation plans and provide tax-related opinions.
• Collaborate with Israeli tax authorities, including preparing reports and submitting requests and approvals.
• Perform controls, data analysis, and support continuous improvement of tax processes.

• Education: Certified CPA or attorney – required.
• Professional Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in Israeli taxation.
• Previous experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a tax department within an organization – a significant advantage.
• Technical Expertise:
• Deep understanding of Israeli taxation laws, including income tax, VAT, and tax planning.
• Experience working with relevant accounting standards (IFRS/Israeli GAAP).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems – an advantage.
• Personal Skills:
• Strong team player with the ability to deliver high-quality internal and external service.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
