Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute verification and validation (V&V) tests for software, hardware, Firmware, and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain test cases and documentation in standard testing tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, and Regulatory, to ensure compliance with medical device standards and regulations.
• Analyze test results and provide clear and actionable feedback to enhance product quality.
• Support test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage
• Participate in risk assessment activities and contribute to product safety and performance evaluations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role as a SW and/or V&V Engineer - Must
• Technical orientation with the ability to test effectively both firmware and software aspects.
• Experience on testing medical devices - Must
• Hands-on experience with software testing tools such as TestRail and JIRA - Must
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes covering requirement documents.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation and standards applicable to medical devices – nice to have
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and techniques – nice to have.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
