AI Art Specialist

About Us:

At GenieLabs, we’re revolutionizing art and LiveOps creation for gaming studios through our unique platform. By training AI models based on customer-supplied data, we generate the art needed to support innovative and efficient game development. We are looking for an AI Designer Artist / Tech Artist to join our team. This role bridges technology, customer collaboration, and artistic expertise to help shape the future of AI-driven game art.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Model Training: Train AI models using customer-provided data and ensure their accuracy and relevance.
• Master AI art tools to produce high-quality visual content, such as characters, environments, and UI elements.
• Experiment with AI techniques to explore unique visual styles and push creative boundaries.
• **Customer Collaboration:**Work closely with GenieLabs customers, guiding them on using the platform effectively.
• Collect feedback from customers to build new AI models or retrain existing ones (e.g., character models).
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
• Artistic Understanding: Bring a strong sense of art and gaming aesthetics to the role.
• Understand the artistic needs of gaming studios to better align AI-generated content with their visions.

What you bring with you:

• Technical Skills: At least 1 year of experience with AI art platforms such as Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in digital art and a strong sense of composition and detail.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming industry, including game art design and workflows.
• Customer Orientation: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to guide customers, address their needs, and incorporate their feedback into AI model development.

Nice to Have:

• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated or game-related artwork.
• Background in game art or technical art.
