Product Manager – FX, Commodities, Crypto

About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead and innovate within our FX, commodities, and crypto product lines. In this role, you will propel growth by developing advanced tools and content, steering cross-functional teams, and fostering alignment across key organizational stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in financial markets and user-centered design, you will deliver data-driven solutions that make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage the FX, commodities, and crypto product lines, including advanced tools and content, to drive growth and innovation.
• Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Guide a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and analysts to implement product plans effectively.
• Work closely with teams across Marketing, R&D, Data, QA, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
• Leverage data insights to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay informed on competitor activities, industry trends, and user behavior, incorporating these insights into the product strategy.
• Perform detailed analysis post-launch to measure success and refine future product iterations
  

• Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Project Management or related roles.
• In-depth knowledge of capital markets, including FX, commodities, crypto, and macroeconomics – MUST.
• Ability to develop product roadmaps, articulate product vision, lead design processes, and oversee development lifecycles.
• A deep understanding of user intent and a commitment to creating user-friendly solutions.
•  Proficient in translating ideas and requirements into documentation, wireframes, and presentations.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to test hypotheses and generate actionable insights.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
