We are an FBA operator managing 8 unique and growing brands, primarily selling on Amazon. We are focused on pushing the boundaries of creative marketing to boost brand visibility and conversion rates.
About the Role:
We're looking for a hungry and data-driven individual ready to take on the challenge of improving the performance of our brands. As our Creative Marketing Manager, your main role will be to build systems that analyze and optimize our Amazon listing's performance against competitors. You will work closely with the design team to enhance our creative assets and use insights to drive better conversions, especially through PPC.
In addition to managing creative resources, you will develop a system to audit our PPC creative to make sure we’re getting the best return on our advertising spend. Your input will help streamline workflows between brand managers and designers, ensuring that our listings are always improving, based on data and creative innovation.
This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, helping to shape the creative direction of eight brands, and directly influence conversion rates on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a system to benchmark and evaluate Amazon listing performance and conversions compared to competitors.
- Collaborate with brand managers to understand creative needs and translate them into tasks for the design team.
- Allocate work to two designers and ensure the quality of the final output before delivering to brand managers.
- Build and implement a process to audit and optimize PPC creative, improving conversion rates and maximizing ROI.
- Use AI tools to enhance workflow and creative efficiency.
- Organize creative assets (photos, videos) as part of ensuring easy access and future optimization (secondary task).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Strong skills in graphic design (essential), video editing (a plus).
- Highly creative with an understanding of performance metrics and data-driven marketing.
- Familiarity with various AI tools to streamline processes.
- Data-driven with the ability to track performance and make adjustments to optimize listings.
- A problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
