Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - ClubXR

ClubXR is revolutionizing nightlife by creating immersive digital twins of real-world clubs and event venues, allowing DJs to perform from anywhere while audiences experience unforgettable parties in VR. Our platform leverages cutting-edge technologies like LIDAR scanning, 3D modeling, generative AI, and 3D spatial sound to create dynamic, interactive environments.

Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Co-Founder & CTO to lead the development of ClubXR’s MVP. You will be responsible for shaping the technological vision, building the development team, and driving the creation of our VR platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and implement the product’s technical architecture and development roadmap.
• MVP Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of the ClubXR platform from concept to beta launch.
• Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of developers, 3D artists, and engineers.
• Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of emerging VR/AR technologies and integrate innovative solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founder on product strategy, business development, and investor pitches.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience building immersive applications using Unreal Engine, Unity, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in VR/AR development, 3D modeling, real-time rendering, and spatial audio technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and API integrations.
• Experience managing cross-functional tech teams.
• Passion for nightlife, music, and immersive tech.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in startups or entrepreneurial ventures.
• Familiarity with LIDAR scanning, generative AI models, and virtual environments.
