Customer Support Representative

STB Union is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team.

Work will be conducted from our office in Rishon LeZion.

It’s a full-time position with the following working schedule:

Sunday-Thursday

09:00-18:00

Friday

09:00-14:00

Main responsibilities:

● Answering incoming calls, chats and emails from customers and partners

● Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory requirements to prevent any delays in the operational process

● KYC verification

● Working with back office

Requirements:

● Russian - native level – MUST

● English - high level – MUST

● Hebrew – big advantage

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● High level of service orientation

● Ability to learn fast and work independently with minimal guidance, taking initiative to start and complete tasks proactively

● Ability to understand flows and provide solutions

● Strong organizational skills and high attention to details

● Ability to stay concentrated for a long period of time

● Tech-savvy

● Experience in customer facing roles or working with back office – advantage
