Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at Pulseem in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, managing accounts, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

• Customer Satisfaction, Account Management, and Customer Service skills
• Lead Generation and Communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Experience in email marketing or digital communication is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Hebrew is a must
