Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and assessing executive-level candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple search projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
