A leading AgriTech company based in Hod Hasharon is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to assist customers in Israel and abroad.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for the company’s products, including remote and on-site support.
• Perform diagnostics and testing on the company’s hardware, software, and applications.
• Collaboration with customers and internal development teams.
• Full-time position with a willingness to work overtime when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service and technical support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues (hardware and applications).
• Willingness to work in the field.
• English (conversation) – mandatory.
• Strong technical aptitude and high motivation to learn, develop, and succeed in the high-tech industry.
• Arabic (communication) – an advantage.
• Certified to work at heights – an advantage.
