System Analyst

This key role involves full responsibility for defining needs, initiating, and characterizing complex digital systems, working with top-tier clients, and coordinating with internal teams.

What’s in the Role?

• Defining needs, initiating, and characterizing websites, mobile applications, and complex software systems.

• Collecting client requirements at various project stages, conducting market research, and writing functional specifications.

• Providing consultation during the product/solution definition process.

• Managing the user interface design process.

• Addressing client feedback on deliverables throughout the process.

• Responsibility for defining tests for each feature

• Collaborating with technical teams to define technological solutions and solution architecture.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in managing complex digital projects, including client-facing responsibilities.

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Analysis – mandatory.

• Experience working with the “Methodology for System Development” and Jira – mandatory.

• Proven experience in characterizing complex websites, including personal user areas, mobile applications, and integration with information systems.

• Deep understanding of customer experience, user interface design, software architecture, cloud, and on-premises infrastructures.

• Knowledge of basic principles of information security.

• Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills with multiple teams.
