We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and review published content to ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
• Identify and address potential risks related to non-compliant content.
• Collaborate with content creators and marketing teams to maintain high standards of quality and adherence to policy.
• Stay updated on changes in internal policies and ensure they are reflected in published materials.
• Maintain organized records of compliance checks and findings.
• Provide feedback and training to team members on compliance best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Law, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Fluency in French and/or German.
• Experience in compliance or content monitoring.
• Familiarity with digital publishing or marketing platforms.
