Are you a people-oriented leader with a passion for guiding complex tech projects to success? We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong management expertise to join our team and lead key projects, from conception to delivery, while keeping our clients at the center of everything we do!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technological projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications, expectations, and guiding clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with development teams, design teams, and end clients to bring web-based and mobile projects to life
• Provide leadership across all stages of project development, including planning, execution, and delivery
• Juggle multiple priorities and deadlines, while ensuring every detail is handled meticulously
• Communicate clearly and effectively with global teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing cross-organizational technology projects
• Hands-on experience in managing complex web projects, mobile applications, and systems
• In-depth understanding of client-server architecture and development
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Experience working directly with clients, managing communications, and leading them through the project journey
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (Russian is a plus)
• Team player with a positive attitude and a results-driven mindset

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Project Management, Product Management, or Team Leadership
• Russian language skills (advantage)
