For a large, well-known retail chain, we are looking for an Operations Manager for a Shopping App

Job Description:

Managing the operation of the shopping app, combining commercial, marketing, managerial, and technological skills:

• Ongoing commercial operation of the company’s shopping app based on performance
• Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing, Development, QA, etc.
• Managing personalized push notification campaigns based on data
• Responsible for commercial, marketing, and digital campaigns to achieve download targets
• Data analysis, drawing conclusions, and transforming them into actions to increase downloads and sales
• Leading digital technology projects, coordinating and driving efforts between departments in Israel and abroad

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations role in e-commerce / website / shopping app – mandatory
• At least one year of experience in a similar role in a website or shopping app – mandatory
• Strong commercial and marketing understanding of the digital world
• Ability to understand, learn, and operate new systems
• Knowledge of GTM, HTML, and CSS – advantage
• Familiarity with internet laws, responsiveness, and design for App & Web – advantage
• Attention to detail and data analysis
• Ability to handle challenges and find solutions
• High level of English proficiency
