Role Overview:

• Develop and expand market opportunities through strategic partnerships with technology companies.
• Promote the group's activities by leveraging the unique expertise of each company within the group.
• Build and execute business development strategies, from concept to full implementation.
• Identify market needs and provide customized solutions for clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across the group to create synergies between services.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of the technology sector and recruitment in the HR domain.
• Proven experience in sales or business development in outsourcing and project-based environments.
• Mandatory: Experience working with technology companies, startups, and global organizations.
• Strong ability to manage complex sales processes, including identifying client needs, creating proposals, and negotiating deals.
• Strategic thinking with a systems-oriented approach and the ability to lead long-term projects.
• Hybrid work model with travel for client meetings.
