We Are Hiring a Project/Client Manager for an International Customer!

A leading industrial manufacturing company specializing in aerospace precision machining is looking for an experienced Project/Client Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing communication with international clients, including regular meetings and supplier performance management.
• Develop annual and ongoing order forecasts for the project.
• Manage claims, exceptional invoices, and inventory when needed.
• Identify client needs and provide effective project solutions.
• Collaborate with the pricing department to determine delivery schedules.

Order Management:

• Receive, review, and approve orders in the ERP system.
• Oversee contract reviews and maintain the product tree.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure budgetary control.
• Identify risks and manage changes within the project scope.
• Make decisions and implement solutions to project challenges.
• Manage and coordinate project kick-off and progress meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing international clients in industrial environments (experience in metal industries is a significant advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written English – mandatory!
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and additional tools.
• High interpersonal and communication skills combined with strong analytical abilities.
