Business Intelligence Developer

A startup company developing a comprehensive task and project management system that consolidates numerous parameters into a single platform. Additionally, the system enables seamless tracking of sales processes and client management, allowing for stage-by-stage monitoring alongside task management.

The company employs over 1,000 people across six global sites. Its headquarters are located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, and the company offers a hybrid work model with two work-from-home days per week.

About The Role

• Implement new data analysis methodologies
• Develop and manage BI solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
• Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations
• Identifying cross-domain opportunities arising from the data
• Provide business and technical support to all data stakeholders
• Work closely with the data analysts across all domains (marketing, product, sales)
• Provide design support for the development of business intelligence solutions
• Fully responsible for the data integrity
• Perform data profiling to identify anomalies
• Will be an active gatekeeper - review data to ensure the integrity of data collection and utilization

Requirements-

• Passionate for data.
• Have a strong analytical mind with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Fully proficient in SQL.
• Experienced with Python
• Can write super complex queries and optimize them for performance.
• Familiar with DWH and know how to design and model tables.
• Experienced with ETL tools and methodologies (Airflow etc).
• A Doer, biased for action and not taking an advisory role. Know how to translate challenges into actions.
