Director International Business Development

The Dr. Fischer Group is expanding and entering new fields, and we are seeking a Director of International Business Development to report directly to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and contacting suitable suppliers and manufacturers abroad in the fields of Dermatology, Ophthalmology, and other relevant areas for private-label production under the Dr. Fischer brand.
• Acquiring knowledge about or importing finished products in compliance with regulations for RX, OTC, medical devices, personal care, and more.
• Providing comprehensive assistance and support to all stakeholders involved in the process, from finding a manufacturer to launching products in both the Israeli market and international markets. This includes aspects such as regulation, quality assurance, marketing, trade, sales, and finance.
• Drafting commercial agreements and quality agreements.

Job requirements:

• Proven and successful experience of at least 5 years in business development, preferably in the healthcare products sector.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or food technology).
• Master’s degree, preferably an MBA.
• Very high-level proficiency in English.
• High-level proficiency in Hebrew.
• Experience in marketing, trade, sales, or pharmaceutical sales within the health products industry is an advantage.
