Project Manager

A leading medical technology company in the integrated information systems sphere is hiring a full-time technician to assist with implementation, integration, and support of the Company's systems installed in hospitals and medical device companies.

Job description:

• Project Management: integration and launch of integrated hardware/software systems
• Maintenance of installed systems, including feature characterization and coordination with customers’ IT personnel
• Training of customers’ designated system users within hospitals and medical device companies in Israel and around the world
• Provide solutions and troubleshooting support for existing customers

This position involves travel to customer sites around the world.

Job requirements and experience:

• Relevant education in the field of industrial engineering and software management
• 3 years’ experience in customer support and implementation of software systems in the cloud
• Project management of information systems, an advantage
• English proficiency a must; native English speaker- an advantage
• Willingness to work hard in a dynamic company
• Ability to work in a team setting sometimes under stress, excellent interpersonal skills, and capacity to see the company’s overall systems
• Motivation and ability to learn independently and a willingness to work non-conventional hours
• Possess a valid driver's license
