Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies for technical and creative roles.
• Source, screen, and engage top talent for engineering, design, art, and other gaming-related positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, and offers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using tools like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche gaming forums/communities.
• Partner with the HR team to ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Stay updated on gaming and tech industry trends to anticipate hiring needs and challenges.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in technical sourcing or recruitment within the hi-tech or gaming industry.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using innovative sourcing methods and tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Insert Languages, if applicable].
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• A personal or professional interest in gaming is a strong advantage.
