Lead Software Engineer

Innovation Labs Israel-Kfar Saba is seeking a SW Engineering Tech-Lead who is passionate about growing and sustaining an innovative technology organization while fostering a culture of engineering and operational excellence. As a SW engineering tech lead, you will take part in building a platform to solve identified business needs by leveraging and adapting existing technologies to generate new, valuable products, assets, and services.

The position is Hybrid and requires attendance at Innovation Labs Israel offices in Kfar-Saba. International business travel may be required.

Specifically, you will:

• Lead multiple projects with different company global business units and innovation groups.
• Promote local partner relationships, including startups, vendors, and academia to ensure well-managed integration with the company's broader ecosystem. 
• Work with Product partners to develop the technology strategy, roadmap, and vision for the platforms you own; and deliver application capabilities.
• Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions, POCs, and MVPs across full-stack development tools and technologies.
• Develop and leverage trusted relationships across Architecture, Design, and other Technology leaders to ensure strategic alignment across key initiatives.
• Bring a passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, and participating in internal & external technology communities.
• Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization.

Basic Qualifications (a must):

• Bachelor’s Degree, in software engineering.
• At least 3 years experience in software engineering or software development.
• Hands-on development capabilities. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and AI.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Ability and will to learn new and innovative cutting-edge technologies to implement POC's, MVP's, products, and services.
• Ability to work in an agile fast-paced prototyping environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on enterprise applications, cloud services, and SAAS. 
• Experience with NVIDIA deep learning frameworks.
• Experience working with Azure cloud solutions.
