Senior Bookkeeper

A global E-commerce company based in Netanya is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper and Import Operations

Responsibilities:

● Full responsibility for financial management, including Type 3 bookkeeping certification.

● Preparing financial statements up to the trial balance stage.

● Managing payroll processes and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

● Managing all shipment processes, with a particular focus on third-party shipments, including preparation of required documentation.

● Acting as a key liaison in a role involving extensive interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

● Overseeing the commercial management of logistics service providers, both locally and globally. ● Ensuring timely and accurate import operations, including supplier coordination, shipping, and customs clearance.

Requirements:

● Type 3 Bookkeeping Certification with at least 5 years of experience as a Chief Bookkeeper.

● Proven expertise in payroll management and labor law compliance.

● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional interfaces effectively.

● Fluent in English at a business level; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Preferred Experience:

● Background in logistics, import/export, or international trade.
