Join Mertens - MalamTeam as a CRM Systems Analyst for a leading organization in the telecommunications industry in Rosh HaAyin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design processes for CRM systems and optimize existing workflows.
• Lead tasks end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and parallel development teams.
• Define solutions and write detailed technical specifications.
• Provide ongoing support for production environment issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM systems analysis – must.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries – must.
• Experience writing technical specification documents (Detail Design) – must.
• Proven experience in defining interfaces for internal and external systems – must.
• Strong familiarity with sales and service processes – an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
