What are we looking for?

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Operator to join our Operations team on a part-time basis. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of our data systems, helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

What you’ll be doing

• Input, update, and maintain data across operational systems and databases with precision.
• Monitor data consistency and address discrepancies quickly and effectively.
• Assist in setting up, configuring, and managing data systems and tools.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable.

What you’ll bring

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• A willingness to learn and develop skills in SQL and Python.
• Previous experience in operations (preferred, but not required).

Role Details

• Part-time (50%) position with immediate availability required.
• The role requires full-time (100%) commitment during the first month for onboarding and training.
