Data Engineer

startup company in the data field is developing a cloud-based platform that enables marketing and sales professionals worldwide to share business information and gain insights about their target customers. The platform also recommends potential clients and organizations relevant to sales teams, streamlining and optimizing the business information collection process, allowing them to focus on the actual sale.

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, the company offers a hybrid work model with two remote workdays per week. With a team of 300 employees, the company has raised $205 million in a Series B funding round at a $1.5 billion valuation, achieving unicorn status.

About the Role

As part of a team, you will focus on development using Python. Experience with Spark and Airflow is mandatory.

Tech Stack- NoSQL, Databases Spark, Kafka, Athena, Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker

Requirements-

• 2 years' experience in designing and implementing server-side Data solutions.
• 3 years programming experience, preferably in Python and SQL.
• Experience implementing algorithmic solutions, data mining, and analytical methodologies.
• Able to use orchestration frameworks such as Airflow, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm.
• Experience with Data Lake, Spark - Advantage.
• Familiarity with AWS ecosystem - Advantage.
• Familiarity with the following tools: Kafka, DataBricks, Jenkins - advantage.
• Experience working with various database engines (relational, document storage, key-value, time series) - ElasticSearch, Redis, Postgres, MySQL
