Development Manager Position

A company specializing in developing systems for the municipal sector is looking for an experienced Development Manager to lead its development department.

Job Description:

• Technological and strategic management of development processes.
• Leading a development team comprising approximately 15 developers across four teams.
• Developing advanced solutions for a product serving hundreds of clients and thousands of users.
• Leading complex projects using cutting-edge technologies and agile development methodologies.
• Building technological strategies and annual work plans.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience managing development teams.
• Hands-on experience in .NET and VB.NET/VB6 technologies.
• Experience in developing SaaS-based software products.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in development with SQL Server.
• Knowledge and experience in agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).

Advantages:

• Familiarity with the FinOps field.
• Experience in web development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Academic degree in Computer Science or a related field.
