2484 - Full Stack Team Leader - Fintech

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a development team in the fintech field within the organization.
• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of systems\infrastructures under the responsibility of the team.
• Provide support and communication with relevant users\customers related to system\client responsibilities.
• Manage daily work interfaces with infrastructure providers and relevant development teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement a team working plan.
• Supervise team members, set priorities, monitor their work, develop their professional skills, and represent them.

Qualifications

• BSc in Software Engineering\Computer Science or related fields - Must, Master's degree in Computer Science\MIS\Electrical Engineering - Advantage.
• 3+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing information system.
• Experience as team lead or team manager.
• Familiarity with relevant tools\systems\maintenance required for team responsibilities.
• Experience in project management for IT projects\Software development.
• Experience in the Fintech\Darknet sectors - Advantage.
