Looking for a CTO Partner to Lead an Innovative iGaming and Online Casino Venture in Israel

We are two young entrepreneurs with a bold vision, building a new and exciting startup in its early stages, based in Israel, with a groundbreaking approach to the iGaming and online casino sector.

Our goal is to create a significant differentiation from the traditional casino market and bring innovative, advanced solutions to a dynamic and competitive industry.

This is your opportunity to join as a founding partner (with equity) and lead the technological and strategic aspects of our venture from the very beginning.

The CTO role includes:

• Full responsibility for product development.
• Building the technological strategy.
• Leading the venture to create a unique and innovative platform.

• Technological Vision: A candidate with the ability to define, lead, and implement the technical vision of the venture.
• Social and Strategic Partner: Someone who can collaborate, support, and integrate seamlessly into the founding process while building strong working relationships.
• Team Building: Proven experience in establishing and managing development teams to execute an ambitious vision.
• Immediate Availability: Someone ready to invest their time and actively commit to the venture at this early stage.

• Industry Connections: A strong network in development, iGaming, or the online casino industry is a significant advantage.

• Significant experience in software and product development.
• Expertise in project management and leading complex technological processes.
• Knowledge of IT strategy and architectural planning.
